　How the Asian crisis was manufactured
　　by the illuminati and the BIS

Many people, including some
who should know better
like Nobel prize winning economist Paul Krugman,
believe the Asian crisis was an accident.
It was no such thing.
It was a deliberately planned attack
aimed at stealing much of Asia’s wealth
and weakening the Asian tigers.

The attack on Asia was two-pronged
with one prong hitting South East Asia
and the other aimed at Japan.

To attack Japan,
the privately owned BIS
(not accountable to any government on earth)
changed its international banking rules in a way
that deliberately weakened Japanese banks.
They then forced (through threats of violence against Japan)
the Japanese authorities
to bankrupt one of their big so-called city banks.
The Japanese chose the smallest of them:
Hokkaido Takushoku Bank.
When HTK went bankrupt over 1000 viable companies in Northern Japan
were forced into insolvency.
This meant that loans other Japanese banks
had made to them
had to be declared “bad.”
The result was that
all Japanese banks suddenly
saw their BIS capital to asset ratio fall below the 8%
needed to be allowed to engage in international banking.
That meant they were all forced to “immediately” withdraw
all their international loans,
mostly made to Asia.

The Asian countries, meanwhile,
were made extra vulnerable by a deliberate influx of “hot” money
that created bubbles.
As soon as the Japanese withdrew their loans,
the “hot” money was also taken away,
destroying the Asian economies.
President Mahatir of Malaysia saved his country
by seeing through the ruse
and preventing the sudden withdrawal of “hot” money.

After the Asian economies collapsed,
the carpet-baggers came in.
“Hedge funds” and investment funds
linked to the oligarchs came marching in and,
using Japanese money,
they bought up much of Asia’s economic infrastructure
at a deep discount.

If the BIS and the IMF etc.
were really concerned about economic development
they would first of all never
have forced HKT bank to go
under in a disorderly manner.
They would have also figured out a way
for the Japanese banks to do something
like issue subordinated bonds
so they could bolster their BIS capital
and not be forced to suddenly vacate Asia.

The criminals who carried this out
think they got away with it but the Asians
have long memories
and they have identified the perpetrators of this attack.

The American economy
has been subjected to a similar financial attack
by the same group of criminals.
They would do well to identify these gangsters
and put them out of business for ever.

このように大きな資産を所有する家族や王族は世界に複数存在する。
昔から世 界の多くの国は王族によって支配された。
その王族側同士の金融システムと、
一般人の金融システムは別である。
一般人のみが世界銀行やIMF、各国の財務省 が発表する数字の中で泳いでいる。
しかし最近の金融危機によって、
一般人に カラクリの一部が見えてしまった。
例えば金融派生商品の１５００兆ドル分が
世界の５５兆ドルのGDPをはるかに超えていることは一般人の常識に反する。
こ れをきっかけに
世界の多くの人々が金融のカラクリを勉強し始めた。
そして王 族は一般人にカラクリを解かれる事を大変恐れている。

以前も触れたように王族は一般人を支配するため、
お金を「配る」かお札を 「刷る」ことをしている。
一般人とは違い、
王族がこの王族同士の問題解決を するためには
特別な裁判所が存在する。
今回の危機の裏にあるのは、
ドルを 「刷る」権利についての権力争い。
パパブッシュ一派が
イギリス王室、サウジ 王室、日本国民、アメリカ国民などから
多くのお金を盗んだ。
そこで去年の秋、 中国とロシアがアメリカに対し
「お金を返済しないと核戦争を起こす」と言っ た。
このような経緯があり、
去年の９月１１日にアメリカは
新しくドルを「刷 る」権利をなくした。
その後世界の金融の覇権を巡り睨み合いが続いている。

先週アメリカ内部でパパブッシュ一派と戦っている派閥が、
「去年の秋、胡錦 濤がブッシュ政権に
アメリカ国民の健全な基金を奪うための暗号を教えた」
と いうことをネットのスパイサイトで暴露した。
更に米国当局は
「胡錦濤がブッ シュ一派から賄賂を受け取った」ことも暴露。
これに関連するかどうか確かで はないが、
その情報の流出後一週間胡錦濤は新華社のニュースサイトに表れな かった。
例えばベネズエラのチャベス大統領が中国を訪問した際、
面会したの は温家宝であった。
外務上の取り決めでは胡錦濤であったはず。
しかし先日の 新華社を見ると、
胡錦濤は来賓と面会している写真が掲載されている。

おそらく去年の秋に中国は
アメリカから返済してもらうべきお金を
返済しても らったが、
ブッシュはそれを支払うために
アメリカの別の派閥からお金を盗ん だのだ。
その派閥は現在怒り狂っている。
イギリス王室もまた怒っているらし い。
中国がお金を返済してもらうべきであったのは当然だが、
米連銀の連中は それをアメリカの真面目に働いている勢力から
盗むべきではなかった。

　The London G20 meeting is looking likely to end in tears

The differences among the various members of the G20
are so big it is looking likely the much anticipated meeting
will deeply disappoint all concerned.
First of all while much of the developing world
supports the Chinese/Russian plan
for a new global currency run by a reformed IMF,
the Americans are against it and the Europeans are split.
The committee of 300
engineered the US financial collapse
in the hopes of making the privately
owned BIS the issuer of a world currency
so the Chinese plan has put them into a state of shock.

The real problem is that
the criminal cabal that controls the US
is increasingly isolated and disliked.
The entire world is watching in disgust and horror
as they try to get American taxpayers and other countries
to bail out criminal bankers
who engineered the biggest Ponzi scheme in history.
The Federal Reserve Board,
meanwhile is using every trick
it can think of to fool the rest of the world
into accepting some of the $15 trillion in funny money
it has printed since last September.
The Americans are also fighting efforts
to shut down all those offshore tax havens
that shelter the world’s criminal elite.

British/US relations are also
at an all time low with MI6 leaking US secrets
all over the internet and to other countries.

So it is that while the Bretton Woods meetings
that set up the post war financial system lasted 22 days,
the G20 will only meet for 4 and 1/2 hours.
Unless some big changes come soon the G20
will issue a very disappointing statement vaguely
calling for greater regulation of derivatives and papering
over all the giant cracks.
Many will call for a solution to be postponed until July.
It is looking increasingly likely the world’s creditor nations
will have to take the financial nuclear option
and dump their treasuries
while unilaterally converting their own US dollar holdings

　The secrets of the US dollar and the new currency

A lot of veterans in the financial industry
are puzzled by why the US dollar does not collapse.
There are some esoteric secrets to the dollar that explain this.
First of all dollars
are created at several locations around the world.
All the dollars have a code number on them and,
depending on the code,
some are accepted as international currency and some are not.
Over 70% of all the dollars ever created are held by non-Americans.
Those people do not want their hard earned dollars to be devalued.
For that reason,
the countries of the world
have stopped accepting all US dollars printed
by the Federal Reserve Board since September 11th of 2008.

the Fed has de facto lost the right

　The world needs to carry out
　the Chinese/BRIC plan for a new currency

The Chinese government,
with the support of most of the world,
has issued plans for a new global currency.

The plan calls for a reform of the IMF
so that developing countries and Japan etc.
get more voting rights.
After that the IMF could issue a new currency
based on a basket of global currencies and commodities.
This plan would immediately boost the global economy
and should be supported by Japan.

The US criminal government, of course, rejects this idea.
President Obama’s March 24th speech
turned out to be a meaningless dud.
The new Treasury plan to deal with toxic assets
is just a repeat of their lies
and wishful thinking from 5 months ago.
Even if they goose the stock market
with a few more fiat dollars,

Since the United States

need to go ahead and implement the new plan
without US approval.

　American black ops in Japan are starting to be exposed

Recently something interesting has been happening in Japan.
All sorts of unsolved crimes and incidents
are now being blamed on the US government.
The weekly Shincho Magazine has been running a series of confessions
by a man who claims (and provides convincing evidence) that
he killed reporters working for the Asahi Newspaper
on behalf of a US embassy employee connected to the CIA.

In what appears to be a related development,
the killer of Japanese Democratic Party MP Kouki Ishii has now confessed,
in a documentary released by TV Asahi,
that he lied when he confessed by saying
he acted alone when in fact he acted on behalf of others.
Ishii was killed 4 years ago shortly
before he was due to bring evidence to the Japanese parliament
that would “turn Japanese politics upside down.”
My sources told me he found out a large portion of Japan’s secret budget
was being used to steal Japanese money
to give the US military industrial gangster machine.

Finally, senior members of the Japanese security police
have provided me with evidence the US shot down JAL flight 123 in 1985 ?
killing over 500 people- in order to force Japan to sign the Plaza Accords.

It is clear the Japanese post-war colonial government set up in 1955 is collapsing.

　The Western secret government is still planning genocide

There are many indicators that
the current rulers of the West’s financial system
are not only blocking the introduction of a new financial system
but are also still planning to kill billions of people.

It is not hard to find evidence of their plans in various news items.
They have been using the futures markets
to depress the price of foodstuffs
while simultaneously jacking up the price of fertilizer.
This puts farmers between the rock of low grain prices
and the hard place of high fertilizer prices.
The result is many developing country farmers
are being forced to reduce their harvests.

Whenever the world’s charities start making a fuss about starvation,
the Western governments make great promises of aid
but never actually disburse the money.
Of the $14 billion pledged to help starving people in 2008,
only $1 billion was actually spent.

Without a new financial system,
billions of people could die over the next couple of years.
The current system is
so corrupt that life is not considered to be a basic human right.
The system allows poor people to starve to death
in order that obese Americans can eat too much meat.
That is what “market forces” can do in the absence of proper regulation.

If China and Japan and Russia etc.
announced a new financial system
to replace the dollar and Euro as global trading currencies
the entire rotting edifice of Western finance would collapse.
It would then become possible to end the financial crisis
by announcing a Marshall plan for the planet earth.

There are still some discussions going on with the Western financiers
but time is not on their side
so maybe it is better to leave them hanging in the wind for now.
However, countries with current account surpluses
need to immediately use that money to help farmers
in developing countries so that famine can be averted.

We also need to keep a very careful eye
on their renewed spreading of plagues.
Panasonic has just announced
they will be bringing home many of their overseas employees
due to fears of a bird influenza pandemic.
A US government lab has also announced that
“pathogens have gone missing.”

It is clear the Satan worshippers are still desperately
trying to carry out their evil plans

また新しいルールに従 えば、
現在のように一部の肥満アメリカ人が肉を大量に食べるために
貧しい人 達が餓死することがなくなる。
現在の欧米の国際ルールでは生命そのものが 「人権」として認められていないのだ。

もし中国やロシア、日本などが
ドルやユーロに代わる新しい国際通貨を発表す れば、
欧米の闇権力の腐った帝国は一気に倒れる。
彼らが倒れたら世界のため のマーシャル・プランが実現され、

現在水面下で妥協案を探るための話し合いが続いているが、

日本の権力の混乱状況は続いている。
自民党政権は明らかに空中分解寸前であ るが、
アメリカ政府が全力をかけてこのゾンビ政権の維持を試みている。
米国 務長官であるHitlery Clinton （ヒトラーみたいなクリントン）は
早速来日ス ケジュールを決定させ、
アメリカの戦争や代理悪質政権のための資金を
急いで 回収しに来るつもりのようだ。

今までおいしい思いをしていた日本の売国奴集団
（三極委員会のメンバーや外 務省のアメリカロビーなど）は
現在パニック状態に陥っている。
実際に日本や 欧米の多くの国の経済状況は
マイナス３０%以上の下落をしているので、
この古 い体制の連中がどんなに暴いても無駄なのだ。
彼らの世界が崩壊するまでは、
残念ながら多くの日本人や世界の人類の生活状態は悪化するだろう。
しかしこ の悪夢な権力構造の終わりは近い。
世界的な革命も近い。
暴力や犯罪で世界を 支配してきたマフィア権力の終わりが近いのだ。
古い体制で働いてきた犬ども が焦っても当然だ。
長くてもあと数か月で終わるだろう。
